Friendship Field Farm Board and Lease Information

Full Board

Board is due on the 1st of each month. Full board includes daily turnout, stall cleaning, hay 3x/day, grain 2x/day. Assistance with vet or farrier is provided as needed.

Leases

All of our lease options are based on availability and suitability. Payment for all leases is due on the 1st of each month.

Non-riding horse lease: This includes unlimited time at the barn to spend with the horse. This can include activities such as grooming, visiting, leading, occasional lunging, bathing, hand grazing, etc.

Half Lease: . This includes 1 weekly group lesson and 2 practice rides per week. Horse use fee for horse shows is also included in this lease option. Practice rides must be scheduled, and jumping is only permitted during lessons. This lease option also requires a basic maintenance of horse’s tack, grooming, and daily care. These skills will be taught if necessary, and assistance will be provided if necessary. FFF pays all vet and farrier fees.

Full Lease: This includes 1 weekly group lesson and up to 5 practice rides per week (provided this schedule still allows for the horse to have one FULL day off per week). Horse use fee for horse shows is included in this lease option. FFF pays all vet and farrier fees. FFF also retains the right to occasionally use this horse when deemed necessary (such as IEA shows). Lessee will fully maintain horses tack, grooming, and daily care. These skills will be fostered if necessary.
